ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL CENTER | MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AND FORTIS COLLEGE OF NURSING

LOCATION: PHOENIX, ARIZONA

52,800 SF

The medical office building was developed for Saint Luke’s Medical Center, part of the IASIS Health System.  Major tenants include the Bridges Bariatric Program, the hospital Human Resources Department, and Saint Luke’s physicians.  The building houses physician office suites for various specialties, including cardiology, bariatrics, pathology, and pulmonology.  Saint Luke’s occupies approximately 20,000 sf for outpatient services. The Fortis College of Nursing is 22,000 sf, $1.9 million interior renovation. The project consists of mock-up hospital rooms, dental lab, classrooms, staff offices and student support areas.

The building was sited to create a dominate feature on the hospital campus when approaching from the south while also completing a 3-sided courtyard with the existing wings of the main hospital.  This courtyard contains a circular vehicular drive and drop off area for the medical office building and can accommodate a future drop-off area for the main hospital.
